About us

Our purpose is to gather USF students who share an interest in dance and encourage them to keep practicing, even if there is no professional goal to it. Our club is free for all USF students and staff to join and attend, no matter their dance experience.

We pride ourselves in the fact that our dance club is supportive, recreational, and filled with fun energy! We are simply here to come together as previous, current, or new dancers to practice and enjoy what we love!

Dance Class

Our Styles of Dance

Dance Club at USF typically features dance practices in the styles of Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, and more, unique to each volunteer student-instructor. All classes are free and accessible to USF students and staff on the Tampa campus and all styles of dance are welcome.

What? When? Where?

Each semester the club welcomes a new practice space, time schedule, and volunteer student-instructors. Though the day(s), time(s), and room number(s) vary each of these semesters, our practices always take place in the USF Recreation Center located on the Tampa campus (link to google maps below).

Our Instructors

The Dance Club at USF holds biweekly practices for students/staff that are taught by fellow student members. Each semester multiple new instructors volunteer their time and effort into leading recreational classes for the club.
